There are many beaches in Cornwall that your dogs are welcome on all Year Round click the dog on the website. If you prefer dog free beaches then click the dog with the red cross through, the nearest beach to the site is Kennack Sands, only a 5 minute walk, and has a dog friendly side.

Chy Carne Holiday Park
The pitches we have are all flat, and some will even have sea views, Large fire baskets are dotted around the park for your use, and they also have some mobile fire baskets and chimineas that you may use on your pitch (fire wood is available from the shop and site office). NEW for 2010 is the shop/games room and reception. The indoor games room has pool, table tennis, air hockey, games, payphone, TV, seating area, toilet and WIFI available, next to the games room is the new shop selling all your daily needs including Hot fresh baked bread, pies & pasties, tea & coffee, fresh home-made pizza and fresh milkshakes made with ice-cream. An outside seating area is available at the rear of the shop with WIFI access via BTOPENZONE. On-site Laundrette is two washing machines (18lb load) and 2 dryers, this is in the washing up area, hot water and showers are free, hand soap and bodywash/shampoo is provided and a hair dryer is in both the ladies and gents.
It is a 5 minute walk down hill to Kennack Sands, with toilets, 2 cafes and lifeguard on duty.
There is a pirate ship for the toddlers, and a table tennis and football table, also a skittle alley, it is planned to have a outdoor pool table, and a play park also with swings, slides seesaw etc.
Kennack Sands
The nearest beach is Kennack Sands, the West beach has a car park (£3.00 per day as of 2008), two small shops, cafes, and toilet facilities, this is the dog free side of the beach, the East beach is dog friendly, both beaches are sandy and have plenty of rock pools, the water is shallow and is safe for the children swimming.

The nearest main supermarket is Tesco in Helston, the site has a small on-site shop selling the basics, and smaller shops can be found at Mullion and The Lizard.
Nearest Take-away
The nearest take-away can be found just down the road at Sea Acres Holiday park.
Pubs
The nearest pub is The CadgwithCove Inn or The White Hart
Petrol Station
The nearest petrol station is at the Lizard on the A3083, expect this to be much more expensive than Tesco.
