Chy Carne Holiday Park, July 23rd - August 6th 2011
This will be our third year at Chy Carne following very sucessful meet's held in 2009 & 2010.
Brian & Sue are once again looking forward to our visit, and during the closed season will be making a nunber of improvements to the site, including 6 new showers and refurbishment of the existing showers.

How to book for Chy Carne 2011
PITCH FEES 2011 - EHU pitches = £160 per week NON - EHU = £140 for 2011 (this is per pitch of 2 adults + children + dogs, any extra adults must be paid for, please contact chy carne) the pitch fees INCLUDE the entertainment fees.
DEPOSITS
To secure you pitch, deposits of £20 per week should be paid to Chy Carne Holiday Park, the remaining pitch fees should be paid in full by 8th July 2011, Brian & Sue have kindly said that they are prepared to accept weekly or monthly payments to help spread the cost, please speak to them when you pay your deposit.

Arrival & Departure Days
On Saturday 23rd July, you may arrive on-site anytime after 9.00am, you may be able to arrive earlier, if you expect to arrive before 9.00am, please telephone us on the number that will be provided nearer the date.
If you are due to depart on Saturday 30th July, your pitch must be vacated by 12 noon, if you are due to arrive on Saturday 30th July, you are welcome to arrive at anytime, however, your pitch may not be ready until 12 noon. All departures on Sat 6th August will be 12 noon.

Noise On Site
Due to the nature of the evening entertainment it should be obvious that noise is to be expected, this will be more so around the Marquee. PLEASE CAN WE ASK THAT ALL CHILDREN/TEENAGERS ARE WITHIN THEIR UNITS OR CLOSE TO PARENTS AT AN ACCEPTABLE TIME, AND NOT TO HANG AROUND THE TOILET AREAS OR PLAY AREAS, we would like to keep noise levels to a minimum around the pitch areas (however some noise is to be expected). Live entertainment and music will be on until 11.30pm, although people may still be in the marquee having a chat, or a sing song LOL, if the noise may bother you, then maybe this meet is not for you, we do have some pitches in a quieter area if required, and we found that most pitches were away from any noise when we went in 2009 & 2010
